Really under staffed for the size of the store. A couple of the veteran employees are really helpful tho. They carry pest free aquarium plants, which only petsmart has (and petsmart has much more variety too) But nor pet supermarkets, nor fish collection nor something's fishy have. They also have saltwater fish, which out of all stores mentioned petsmart and pet supermarkets are missing. I don't like that they sell yellow ear sliders tho. I think this specie should be left alone. They get really big, and people without ponds should really think about whether they can keep one once theyre fully grown.
I can't be more satisfied of a store like this one, I live 30 min away from this place since I moved a month ago, I'd rather go by this place than any other location. The customer service is amazing, the trainer Stacy she can't be more patient, Juan a great sales associate. You can tell this place has a healthy and nice work environment. The grooming guys are great, they love what they do and they do it great. I have so much trouble cleaning my dog's ears and they do it amazingly, not a single dirty spot in my baby.

Called before I made the drive as we were already on the beach. Called to see if they had any dog life jackets size small or medium. The man who answered the phone stated they had "all sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large." When I arrived at the store they had only 2 and they were both XL. When I tried to find an employee I had to yell to get someones attention because I couldn't find one despite going around the store twice. The employee I did find was either stupid or didn't speak any english.
The store itself is great; they were extremely helpful when I got my new puppy. However, the grooming salon.. Not so great. Called a week in advance (twice) to make an appointment. I showed up and they had no appointment for me, and in no way tried to fix it or help us. The grooming salon lost my business.
Good variety of products but takes a lot of time, the paying process takes far too long, will just order from Amazon in the future.
