Allstar Direct really cares about their customers. They provide insurance through only the finest carriers. Once you give them your basic information, they rate you with many different insurance companies to find you the one that will give you the best price. It's like going to 20 different insurance companies all at one time. They are also very skilled (serving Florida since 1978) so you can rest assured you are getting the coverage you need to be protected. Most other agencies won't give you the individual time that the agents at Allstar Direct do. They end up knowing you on a first name basis. I highly recommend them.
I initially had a good communication with Joe Mier. He seemed diligent in getting quotes. However, as I wanted to get details on the umbrella policies from various insurers, he wrote he had to move on. That is rather unprofessional. If you are too busy to deal with a new customer, pass him to your less busy colleague. I was interested in purchasing auto, renters and umbrella policy. AllStar lost an eye surgeon as their customer.
I called for an Auto Insurance quote. I have been calling for affordable insurance so I already knew the information they would be asking. Mid-speaking the agent on the phone cut me off saying "Well you must be shopping around because you give me the information very quickly." I explained to him that yes, I was, because Geico was the only one giving me a good rate but I'd have to do it through the mail and I needed coverage now. He proceeded to cut me off again and say "No one is going to help you with that." and hung up on me.
